Hello! This is my healthy eating/toning blog. I'm just turned 17 and I'm ready to be the person I feel like on the inside, and I'm doing it in a healthy way. I don't consider this a weight-loss blog per say, more like a lifestyle change. (I also like to pay a lot more attention to measurements, because I'm athletic and have a lot of muscle.)
I do sports, exercise, and I am trying to eat right and have a more positive outlook on life. I've done my research and have experience and I'm always open to questions and to be a shoulder to lean on, so don't be shy!
